User Details: I am a 69 year old woman who has a rare progressive neurological disease.. My caregiver who gives me my shower is in love with this chair and so am I

Strengths: Sturdy, smooth and comes with a safety belt. Has options to choose to buy more straps. In my case, I needed a strap for my right leg which helps stabilize my leg. Also, comes with snap-on cover for the seat which is very helpful if you have to use a lift.

    Weaknesses: None found.

Reviewer: robert h. from woodside, ny (caregiver)

User Details: The user of the product is my husband. My husband was diagnosed with ALS two and a half years ago.

Strengths: Ease of movement, brakes and height. It is a good product that handles the water just fine.

Weaknesses: Headrest doesn't tilt, it only goes up and down. The foot rests need to be unscrewed when you don't want them there. The arm locks are plastic and I can see them breaking. The seating area is too hard for my husband and his legs go numb when trying to move his bowls.
