I have a spinal cord injury and this will allow me to enter and exit my inground pool safely and with straining my wifes back
Love, love, love the lift!!!
It is easily adjustable for moving from the wheel chair into the pool. The materials used for this product are high quality.
It was difficult to get the sling underneath him in his wheelchair. The sling wasn't flexible enough to slide underneath him easily. We had to use our standard hoyer lift to get it underneath him before going outside to the pool.

We purchased the pool lift for my 18-year-old nephew that suffered a spinal cord injury a year and a half ago. He was injured C2-C6
Product is easy to assemble and use. The flexible chair...
The high-quality parts. 316 SS anchors, bolts and chains, etc. will allow for the unit to maintain functionality and appearance.
The only weakness would be to provide a manual for the deck mounting plate and the unit itself on the website. This would allow the purchaser to understand and plan for the tools needed for installation. (Complete manuals WERE included when the unit was received and easy to understand. Well thought out!)

My son is 17 years old and has Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy.
Good product.
Well made and easy to use.
Very difficult to rotate when user is in the chair. I called and was told to raise the chair higher and to put vaseline in the sleeve.

My wife has polymyalgia and balance problems. She sometimes uses a cane, walker, and/or wheel chair. She cannot exit the pool by the steps.
So far so good.
Easy to use.
Difficult to rotate.

Wife confined to wheelchair.
A more stationary chair would probably work better, but...
Cost effective and easy to install
For us, the chair is too movable when we are getting in

Age 74; spinal cord injury, wheel chair bound; can walk in the pool; great therapy for him
Filled our needs completely.
Ease of accessing pool. This is what we needed -- a chair to fit her in while easily accessing the pool.
Met our needs and expectations.
