My tub is so tall that the leg extensions make the legs a little wobbly. (I should've remodeled to a walk in shower!.)

Strengths are that it's light in weight and easy to put together.

The legs feel very awkward and flimsy. I do realize they can support up to 250 lbs, but there is a lot of jerking around when transferring the patient to the chair and I don't feel very safe transferring by myself. At present, we're not even using the product.
