Makes it easier for caretakers to properly position her in...
Not too big. Easy to use.
Occasionally it does not work. The cord seems to loosen from the center pole. A little jiggling and moving of the cord starts it again. I'm sure the caretakers are stretching the cord too much and the connection is lost. Perhaps the cord could be slightly longer although too long would be in the way. Maybe the cord connection could have a stronger coupling to prevent this. Works great most of the time.

The patient lifter is good would be better if the sling that I specified had actually had ever been delivered.
Overall a great lift. Makes transfers MUCH easier.
Well made. Looks like it will be durable.
As for the lift, the spreader bar was very hard to adjust at first, but it eventually loosened up.

I bought this lift for a young adult who is confined to a wheelchair. She does not walk and cannot assist in transferring.
As a 78 yr old female, this new lift saved my...
ease of maneuverability & electric lifting cut the time required to put him to bed from about 1 hour to 15 minutes AND I no longer have sore muscles.
Because my son is 6'2", I have to be careful that his knees do not make contact with bar. I was thinking of checking about facing him in the opposite direction so his legs are outside of the lift frame. Until I check with his PT, I will do everything as I have been taught. THANKS for a TERRIFIC item!!!!

Seems strong
Strength of steel
Very poor assembly instructions. Needs component list, needs labelling of parts, need more diagrams. The video is ok for use but not for assembly.
