I am 84 use a walker, but recently unable walk and distance. The product has allowed me to get outside and around our apartment area. It’s a blessing.
It gives people a better quality of life. You can still do...
It has a high clearance Holds a charge for a long time It’s pwerfull We got the X Large seat Easy to maneuver Can be broken to down to haul in back of Yukon
The only drawback is the weight. It is sturdy. My husband and I can load and unload ok

My husband uses the scooter as he calls it. He is able to go on trips now. We purchased one for his brother also!
It looks like it will fill my needs.
Seems sturdier than other lesser priced scooters. We’ll see. I haven’t ridden it very far to tell. It did maneuver over my ramp out of the house without a concern.
Basket was hard to get on. It looks like the connection on the steering shaft was bent in shipping. I got the basket securely attached, but don’t think it will be easily removable.

Peripheral neuropathy in legs and hands. Mainly uses a cane to walk, balance and steady myself. Unable to walk longer and uneven surfaces.

New Upgrade
I really appreciate the larger seat, and the weight capacity for this unit.
I miss the bicycle type handlebars that they used to have on the Phoenix on my older version. I can get used to this eventually.

I am a 64 year old disabled, retired nurse. I had a phoenix scooter in 2011 and because of upgrades was not able to get any more of the batteries.

It helps me to go places I couldn't before because of my limited mobility.

I am 69 years old and in need of knee replacement. Due to my weight the surgeon wants me to lose 50 pounds which is nearly impossible .
Looks good and easy to maintain.
