I can't use the seat. it is different. It does not make it possible to slide the other vinyl worked for me. my disability sameness is everything

Tires are not heavy duty for use in snow. The large basket doesn't fit right. Not enough info--can the battery stay in an unheated garage?

The plastic is not very sturdy, the section over the rear axle arrived broken where the screws attach it to the frame. The turning radius is not all that great.

This item was a bit to heavy for me so I return it at a cost to me.

It is a good scooter.

It will not go through grass like the one I had before. The one pictured on page 10 in the catalog is the same one I had. I am not sure I received the right scooter. If the scooter I received is the n ew model, why have you not changed the catalog picture. I also have not received the green pieces for the scooter. I really would like to know why the scooter is not like the one in the catalog. The one in the catalog is the Phoenix HD A portable scooter with a 350lb. weight capacity. A heavy duty portable scooter with a powerful 20AH batteries. Easy to disassemble, and narrow enough for indoor use. 4-W $1,599 #PHOENIXHD4. Please let me know if I did or did not receive the right scooter.

It is a very nice scooter. 8 didn't notice the weight 9f the scooter. Too heavy for my wife to lift. So she can't use it to go shopping with friends

It travels easily over any surface: baseball field, soccer field, dirt road, and does well on inclined surface’s.
