I’m a 61 year old male that is 6’ 1 and 475 lbs with three knee surgeries in chronic living with chronic arthritis pain in both my knees.

The heat.  

The chair does not elevate enough!  Why have a lift chair if it doesn’t lift you up far enough.  There’s still a struggle to get out the chair!

Quality and ease of use and that the head and feet are independent of each other. Love the lumbar area. Perfect for my back support. Haven't seen that in other chairs.

Weight capacity and ease of use.

Back could be taller. Heat that I ordered is non- existent. Massage could be stronger.

I am 6'21/2 inches tall and weigh 377 pounds. Broke my back in 98 and was temporarily paralyzed from the waist down. I now have permanent nerve damage

The comforter PR-535 easily lifts and lowers my 400-lb-plus time after time. The wide soft seat is comfortable and allows enough movement to prevent bed sores. I've tried other chair brands but Golden is the way to go.

Between my wife and myself, I have owned five Golden technology chairs over the years. The only problem I have found (and it may have been corrected in this latest version) is that the arms inside the back are made of wood, not metal, and will sometimes break if the chair is moved sideways by twisting the top of the chair too aggressively.

It is heavy duty and wide enough to be comfortable.

The remote cord could be a little longer.

My husband uses the chair.. I know it says extra wide but I would recommend you make the seating Part wider.

The size and comfort, as well as general ease of use.

I like that it is durable and can handle larger size and weight people. However, I would like it if there was a bit more depth to the seat.

The chair is very roomy, well made & very relaxing.

Wish it came in a taller version - he says the back is a bit too low.
