Would recommend with exact fit of chair
Well made, well padded, firm.
Chair is Comfortable in seated position with feet raised, but impossible to totally recline in as there is no support for neck as you go back to sleep. After much experimentation a custom neck pillow was designed. This is a second Maxi Comfort chair purchase. The first is a size medium used for sitting and sleeping. As a MS patient with weakness being able to independently get up is a major issue that the first chair resolved, but this same chair is narrow for sleeping. Aching sore arms are areal problem ; it was hoped that a wider chair would enable the arms to lie flat. With the new chair, arms are comfortable but neck is unsupported. As second chair was bought for better sleep, this unsupported area is a real issue This chair is shown to be used by someone 5’ 4” and above. At 5’6”we did not expect such a problem. Overall, a well made chair but disappointing for my use.

Very comfortable chair
Very wide. Very quiet motor. Husband cannot comfortably sleep in our bed due to back issues. This is a great help to him getting a good night's sleep

The heat.
The chair does not elevate enough! Why have a lift chair if it doesn’t lift you up far enough. There’s still a struggle to get out the chair!

Worth the money
Firm but not hard. Fits my short stature. Brisa upholstery is beautiful, supple, not sticky or hot like typical vinyl
Would like to see a wireless controller for this chair. Mine has a “clunk” periodically as it raises and lowers. Upon inspection it appears to be from a weld joint not smoothed down to avoid coming in contact with part next to it.

Worth every penny paid
Firm but not hard, Brisa upholstery is supple and not sticky or hot like old fashioned vinyl. Beautiful piece of furniture. Motors operate quietly and smoothly. I’m 5’2” and the medium wide fits perfectly
The controller could be wireless. Have had a golden tech lift chair b4 and where the cord comes out of the controller breaks and renders the device inoperable. (Not prematurely but after heavy long use)
