Very comfortable chair
Very wide. Very quiet motor. Husband cannot comfortably sleep in our bed due to back issues. This is a great help to him getting a good night's sleep

Outstanding chair. It is our second one. Great service in...
Very well made. Good Company to work with.
The product was shipped as promised. But the chair remained in Atlanta, GA. for a week.

Worth the money
Firm but not hard. Fits my short stature. Brisa upholstery is beautiful, supple, not sticky or hot like typical vinyl
Would like to see a wireless controller for this chair. Mine has a “clunk” periodically as it raises and lowers. Upon inspection it appears to be from a weld joint not smoothed down to avoid coming in contact with part next to it.

Worth every penny paid
Firm but not hard, Brisa upholstery is supple and not sticky or hot like old fashioned vinyl. Beautiful piece of furniture. Motors operate quietly and smoothly. I’m 5’2” and the medium wide fits perfectly
The controller could be wireless. Have had a golden tech lift chair b4 and where the cord comes out of the controller breaks and renders the device inoperable. (Not prematurely but after heavy long use)

I have CIDP so my feeling in my extremities is almost none existent. Very comfortable and easy to get into and out of.
Got The Chair at Just the Right Time
It's built strong enough to be able to handle my weight. I live in this chair basically 24/7
I wish the chair was a little longer in the footrest area because my legs are hanging off the end too much.

Hi, I'm a big guy 6' 450lbs. I bought the chair because I have lymphoedema in both legs and have a problem getting up.
Perfect chair for me
Chair was customizable to give me the best dimensions for my short heavy size. Love that I can raise feet higher than my head when needed. Cushions are firm and provide excellent support. Very happy to be able to choose a fabric that fit with my decor and doesn't look like a lumbering recliner. Very glad I splurged and added heat and massage.
No weaknesses in the chair itself. The only problem was the extra month's delay in delivery. The chair is worth it, though.

66 YR, Heavy Wt. 400#, Chair is comfortable and I sleep great at night due to stiff lower back from back surgery.
The recliner is very comfortable and supports the back.
The strength is the ability to use the different settings including zero gravity to rest and sit comfortably.
I can’t think of any weaknesses currently.
