Over all real good a little hard to put body back together.
Comfortable nice to be able to take apart. Good price for product. Great on pavement or in store.
A little hard to get back wheels lined up to put together. I was a little disappointed that you have to bend down to put charger cord in battery. Pictures showed they put it on the top of handle bar. But still can leave in scooter to charge. Not enough power to go up the steep driveway. Great otherwise

Have hard time walking very far or on not smooth surfaces.
disappointed in seat--back has no pocket to hold charger...
Easy to use, dependable, and small enough to use in the house.
Very pleased with it, except for the change in the seat. This is my third Ultra X Go Go scooter and I miss the pocket on the back of the seat to hold the charger. I don't want to carry another bag for that - but I do want to keep the charger with me.

My wife uses the scooter. She is 75 yr. old, with Multiple Sclerosis.
Awesome scooter
The strengths of this scooter is it's very light and easy to come apart to put in my vehicle. The seat sits up high so it's easy to get off of. I love how the seat contours around your back.
The one weakness I do notice is when you rotate the seat to get off the scooter feels like it's going to tip over sideways. I don't recommend rotating the seat when getting off of the scooter.

I am 53 with muscular dystrophy so walking outside the house is difficult. I use a power scooter outside the house .
An indoor Mobility god-send. Easily navigable.
Improved balance. Zippy. Easy to use. Improved seating. Easier access to charger plug.
Haven’t discovered any yet!

I am a female of 80 yrs. Had polio as an infant. I was physically active in my life. Post-Polio syndrome is well advanced & am no longer able to walk
My wife feels very comfortable in the seat of this scooter....
The seat size and shape. The longer flat areas along side the front wheel. The swivel of the seat. The fact that it comes apart so easily
I wish there was a holder on the steering shaft for canes instead of on the back of the seat

The user is my wife. She has very arthritic knees and shoulders and walks with two canes most of the time.
Perfect for someone who travels, I can break it down and...
Easily taken apart for travel in a car trunk, but very sturdy when in use. I’ve used it in several amusement parks, then plugged it in for a charge and was ready to go the next morning!
The seat is a little wobbly.

The Go go ultra X3 has good features for the price, but...
This scooter easily breaks down so it can be transported in a vehicle. The seat is reasonably comfortable.
The plug on the battery pack is difficult for an elderly person to reach in order to plug in the charger - it needs to be located higher up on the scooter.

This scooter is used by my 93 year old mother - not able to walk around her senior care facility, so the scooter is essential for her daily needs.
Pricewise this is a good scooter.
Comfortable is sit even for several hours.
A little wobbly until you get used to it.
