disappointed in seat--back has no pocket to hold charger...
Easy to use, dependable, and small enough to use in the house.
Very pleased with it, except for the change in the seat. This is my third Ultra X Go Go scooter and I miss the pocket on the back of the seat to hold the charger. I don't want to carry another bag for that - but I do want to keep the charger with me.

The Go go ultra X3 has good features for the price, but...
This scooter easily breaks down so it can be transported in a vehicle. The seat is reasonably comfortable.
The plug on the battery pack is difficult for an elderly person to reach in order to plug in the charger - it needs to be located higher up on the scooter.

This scooter is used by my 93 year old mother - not able to walk around her senior care facility, so the scooter is essential for her daily needs.
Pricewise this is a good scooter.
Comfortable is sit even for several hours.
A little wobbly until you get used to it.

Husband is user. He is on Home Dialysis. Big Help.
This is so helpful for those who have trouble walking.
Lightweight, durable, dependable.
Basket is small, will turn over or tumble if not careful, wish it has a bigger back of the seat pocket to fit cord/cable of battery charger.

Very good for short rides.
Light weight and portable.
3 wheels unstable on grass.

Driving on pavement is good but not on the grass it is unstable due to only 3 wheels, I would buy a scooter with 4 wheels. Easy to operate.
A little fast for her but a great product. Easy to take a...
Ease of use would be mine 1st choice with how easy it is for the caregiver to load and unload the scooter.
It needs a lower speed for using around the house and tight spaces.

An 83 year old female with limited use of her legs and chronic low back pain.
This scooter has opened up my world again.
It comes apart and goes together easily in a snap. It stores in any trunk or back seat. The battery holds its charge a long time. It’s plenty zippy, drives easily and sits comfortably. It’s adjustable for ease of driving.
It’s a little unstable, but I suspect the 4-wheel version would be better. The front basket could be a little larger. It would have been nice to hook it up to a light cart for hauling things, but I think we can figure something out.

I’m 67 with mild foot neuropathy and back issues that make walking long distance hard. Just lost most of my balance from vertigo so it’s all harder.
