Ease of use and practical
Longer riding time, ease of use and reliable. I like charging directly on scooter but would like longer cord for charging
Short charging cord and no lights.

Short in length. My knees too close to my chest. Basket is too small, can barely hold my purse I Needs cup and cane holder. the base feels heavier than it looks.

76 yrs old. Trouble walking! Can walk about 111111 block then legs don't work any more. Like to travel. Like to be outside. Very independent.
He loves it. I just wish it was safer.
Easy to use gives the user so much freedom
My only critique is it needs to have a water base for more stabilization

It’s a wonderful for his freedom! My only thing is, it should be wider at the base for more stabilization
The machine keys needs to be moved to different location as...
comfortable and easy to move around.
Only weakness is the keys location.

I am 65 yrs.old and have a hard time walking any distance.
Needs more length for legs
It is easy to use. The features are easy to see. It is well made.
Not enough leg room. Didn't realize the leg room needed to be extended.

Sturdy and easily disassembled to take anywhere.
Well built, good battery life, easily disassembled for travel and compact enough for me to put into my van assembled. Buying a reputable manufacturer's product was important to me.
Lack of suspension and slow speed. It is intended as any easy to use portable but not as comfortable or as fast as bigger models so I am considering a second, bigger model for general use around the neighborhood and use the compact Scout primarily as a traveling companion for use away from home.

I'm nearly 74 with a bad hip, two bad knees, and chemo-induced peripheral neuropathy which limits the time spent on my feet.

I have used one of these scooters before and know it will...
I have yet to unpack my box due to the bad weather we've been having. With the rain, snow, freezing temperatures, rain, frozen pipes and no water. I haven't been able to do anything with no electricity, my water just came on today but the pipes are still busted.
The weather is number one and the turning radius of a four wheel is the other. If I could start over, I would choose a three wheel scooter over a 4 wheeler.
