I am unable to walk any distance due to asthma, 2 heart attacks and arthritis in my back. This scooter helps me greatly.
Very disappointed overall and it's not as easy as to use or...
It's definitely small
No basket. Arm rests have no way to make use of them as there's nothing to support them. Folding process is stop and go rather than one fluid movement.. So far, mine has never shown a full charge no matter how long it's been plugged in.Not a closed in under carriage so it's not advisable to use over anything other than floors or paved areas. Also no seat belt.

Hi, I love my new scooter and the service was exceptional
Folding like a piece of luggage that you can roll to your car and the auto open hands free and fit in almost every vehicle because it’s so small when it folds up
A little less comfortable did a regular scooter, but you had to give up some thing for it to be mobile

Disappointed
Light weight, easy with remote use.
Chair does not turn, making it harder for access. Once seated the position is not comfortable.
