Handles are 3" three inches to low to be confortable to use, other than this I like it.

It is easy to turn and go through door frames. It has been a huge help with my walking and it is great to be able to sit when I need to. Most public places today do not have any benches or chairs to sit on when your back is in severe pain.

There were not enough holes at the bottom to raise it up so I could walk straight and not bent over. It would be great if the handles could be flexed a little so it would be easier to sit down. If the handles could click to the right and left when needed then put back in place. Just a thought.

Age 61 with severe arthritis in my back and the rolling walker supports my back enough that I can walk straight and not slumped over.

71 year old woman with intermittent arthritis in knee. Haven't need to use it since I received it, but it looks like what I need.

Quality of construction, the large wheels provide smooth walks outdoors or indoors, the seat and storage are the best as they are in line and not located where they bump into cabinets or doors. Great handles and brakes, and easily folds for storage in the car.

The height adjustment for the handles is not high enough. I returned the Zoom 18 for a Zoom 20 and am now thoroughly pleased. I recommend this product to everyone.

the petite model is perfectly fitted for our daughter's height and weight. it's easy to use, makes sharp corners, fits through all doorways and runs perfectly from carpet to hardwood.the seat provides a resting spot for her and cockpit for her dog. the basket is perfect for her camera, snacks, hoodie and purse. oh, and it's pink, which makes it pleasant on the eye and softens any stigma of having a walker. she highly recommends people splurge on the cup-holder. 8) she loves it and that's saying a lot!

it's a little too heavy for her to lift, but as caregivers, we don't have any problems with it. it is a wonderful product.

It's not black or gray. It has a seat where I can sit quickly. It is smooth when rolling down my walk-way.I can carry stuff in the bag under my seat.

There arn't any weaknesses that I can see.
