Lift is slow moving and cords easily catch up in mechanism
Works really doing the heavy lifting and makes my husband more mobile
It takes a long time to load and unload and the cords and seat strap get caught in the mechanism. Also it's a little noisy

My Husband, 69 yrs old is a double amputee, I have pulmonary fibrosis and hypertension as well as RA. I can't lift and he can't help.
yes. with good qualified installers like we had.
Ease of operation
A little rattle in back when going down the road. Probably can be stopped with better scooter tie downs.

Walking disalility
Safer & easier to use than other methods.
Solid construction Adaptability to your vehicle Cost versus a customization of your vehicle Minimal loss of interior vehicle space
Instructions not clear and concise Securing strap too low for disabled users Waste of unnused parts depending on vehicle

good product, could be much better
Seems well engineered, doesn't rattle as I drive which was a big concern of mine.
Tie down strap gets in the way. I mounted a magnet on the lift upright to hold the strap out of the way using the metal end of the strap. The tie down strap is fairly ineffective in holding the scooter. Need some way to keep the strap tight, like an overcenter strap buckle. Wheel stop adjustment holes in the ramp don't provide enough options. I have a tight fit and had to drill more holes between the existing holes. The controller up and down buttons are hard to keep depressed, need a different type of button.

product is OK only.
Spinlife's tech support is very good. Scott Duelly was outstanding in fixing all of the initial problems with the unit. If not for Scott, I would have requested my money back.
The initial unit did not work. After 2 weeks all was corrected.

it is great
ease of use
nothing so far

I have parkinsons disease and i do not have a great range of motion the back packer is a lifesaver as it enables me to operate the lift by my self
Eliminates virtually all physical exertion by the user.
Quality construction, ease of use, gives user independence.
Installation instructions need tweaking-not too clear, could use a battery-condition meter, if hard-wired...needs a harness to allow wire to "travel" withour getting pinched, operating buttons are too hard to push.

My wife suffers from neuropathy, fallen arches, and severe shoulder pain. This is the only unit she can operate.

age 75 and in a wheelchair and best money i have spent in some time much better then old lift
Well designed lift
The lift overall is an excellent way to keep your scooter or power chair out of the weather during transport. It is easy to use by one person and allows me to go just about any where without help loading my scooter.
The installer had not previously installed this type of lift and he found difficult to install. The battery is some what difficult to access, remove and reinstall due to the angle you must remove it from the lift.
