Smooth and durable.
Ease of steering, good battery longevity and ideal size.
Would recommend formulating an umbrella or cover for use during sunny days.

The user is a 70 year old man, very satisfied with the ease and comfortable scooter, then battery life is very impressive, I feel empowered to go out.
Can now go to my grandchild's sporting events and the zoo.
Easy to take apart and load. Stays charged for a long time.

When you drive over a big enough bump the rear end can hit the ground that’s on the pavement.

Worth the money for the use I require.

my wife is disabled & can't do anything on her own. it makes so can get around easier.
Great mobility scooter for outdoor use in particular.
I love the seat that can rotate 360 degrees. This allows mounting and dismounting from a variety of different directions. The extended range battery option was a great choice and I never have to worry about running out of battery power for all day outings.
There are 2 things I think would be great additions; a suspension system for smoothing out uneven pavement and a headlight of some sort.

I am a 71 year old man who has had Guillain Barre Syndrome (GBS) for 7 years. About 5 months ago I had 3 back fusion surgeries and I can not walk far.
It's a great vehicle.
It's built strong, has a great mileage range.
Wish it had a little larger and soft tires (air) as I have to cross over three sets of railroads to get to my local Walmart store.
