Great sturdy scooter.
Sturdy and smooth ride.
Too heavy.

I have MS and am unable to walk due to weakness on the left side of my body.
Great mobility chair!
It's easy to operate and so far, easy to haul. And I really like the charging port up on the steering column.

Actually, we both will use it and in fact, I'd like to have another one just like it.
Easy to operate - I feel safe and confident - would need...
See above - easy to operate - good size (not too big) - solidly built - maneuverable in tight spots - good range of distance - comfortable.
This is probably a good thing - it is too heavy for me to manage alone if I were to want to on- or off-load it into a vehicle. Read the specs carefully and make sure that you understand everything - they are very good and quite accurate.

What a joy - gives me so much more lifestyle flexibility and freedom of movement. Enjoying immensely tootling off to the park, library or coffee shop.
Terrific!

Defective. Big delay in reverse. Gets stuck in elevators...
At this time the delay in reverse overshadows all else.
Delay in reverse. Does not respond promptly. Seat leans back. Cannot sit up straight. Actually puts pressure on lower back.

78 year old with back and heart problems.
Not what it used to be.
Tires, batteries, Color, and Weight load.
It has lost it's zip, compared to my older one. The time delay between when I move the lever, and the scooter moves is huge, also is slower, and not as strong climbing hills and bumps. I am very, very unhappy with the changes over the last 3 yrs.

59 year old male, very overweight, bad heart, back, and legs. I bought this same scooter from you 3 years ago, love it very much.
Very easy to use!
Ease of turning is great, as is the speed and the length of the charge on the battery.
Found out if not careful it does tip.

I'm a 56 year old male with severe neuropathy causing hyper extensions in my knees and extreme pain while walking.
Product gave me a second chance, I can now go places.
Best part of the Victory 10 is it's easy to come apart and it fits in my cars trunk. Able to do this by myself.
I have found no weakness in the Victory 10, It's great.

Very easy to unpack and readiness to use. Very pleased!
Comfort, ease of use, and attractiveness.
Lack of battery cover removal instruction (velcro and tip out removal feature). No notice that the battery was disconnected so the steps required to make the unit usable should be in the packing list.

83 year old male, failed back surgery compounded with arthritis of hip, knees and shoulders. All joints are bone on bone. Otherwise good condition.
This is a replacement for the same model that was old.
Ease of use, reliable, good price
This is a replacement of the same model. This one is weaker, slow to respond and has occasional jerks while operating. Not happy.
