I really enjoy having a seat to sit on at anytime while shopping, plus it has a streamlined look. I didn't know what to expect and have been VERY pleased.
So far, I'm unaware of any weaknesses.

Product above xpectations. Early delivery ensured my use of procirement on the internet in the future- this being my first. Comtinue the good work.
Definitely usable, but not the easiest to use.
Light-weight. Basket is great for moving things with me when walking.
The brakes don't lock as well as they should. Difficult to move down curbs when no ramp or curb-cut is available.

It is tall enough so that I don't lean over using it.
It is shown with a metal basket, and mine has a canvas bag under the seat. I would have preferred the metal basket.
