tremendous protection from pressure sores
the primary strength is its ability to protect skin breakdowns in wheelchair users. I use my chair up to 18 hours a day, and have never had a significant skin breakdown. Also helps with posture.
other than being a little heavy, I don't see significant weaknesses.

it does what it is suppose to do, and is good..
it is a little to thick, for someone that you have to put in their chair and they are short..

Soft where it needs to be and firm at the front.
It never goes flat miles from my car like the Roho has. I feel like it helps me sit up straight.
Heavier than the air cushions, but no getting around that.

Struggling to find a cushion that can go beneath seat cover on scooter (required for transfer). The Jay was "hard as a rock" when under the cover?

Ridiculously uncomfortable!
None.
Uncomfortable beyond compare.
peggy s. from jackson, tn
Terminal cancer patient, for comfort and pressure relief.
Best I have ever used.
The use of this product prevents my skin from breaking down. I have been using this cushion for many years and it has served me well.
The only weakness I could come up with is making sure not to puncture the cushion with any sharp object. Otherwise, it is perfect.
