80 yrs old, arthritis, trouble walking.
This product has met my expectations and needs.
Seat allows my father to rest while taking a walk. Because the backrest is movable, it folds up and requires less space. I was happy to see that my father's walker the Nova Get Go and my mother's walker a Nova Get Go with fixed backrest could both be put in the recessed storage area in the back of a Town and Country family van.
Not everyone needs a basket, especially when folding up to transport.

My father needed support to walk. He also needed a place to sit when he got tired and a chair was not readily available, ie when walking outside.
Very Good Buy, (esp. after surgery)! I'm still
Allows me to get around, even on the "Metro"! The NOVA "Travel Bag", really does allow the unit to be less susceptible to wear & etc. + the airlines let you pack it through (TSA-Inspects); but it gets to the far end, in tact! Well done! Also, it's easy to re-assemble as well! Additionally, I was asked by fellow Metro Riders, where they could purchase this item for their mother. I let them know - from your company! Hope you got another sale!
I'd like to see two improvements, along with a recommendation when one purchases this item. 1) larger diameter wheels for easier/smoother mobility. 2) brakes that lock & grip securely, even when sitting on a slope. I also recommend that you bundle the transportation bag with this item. It was only as an afterthought, when "Flying" to visit our new son-in-law & daughter, that I made that purchase (after the fact). However, I'm really glad that I did! I just should have done it sooner!

Sturdy, but light walker
Easy to pack and put in trunk, lightweight. Sturdy and turns easily. I like that you can lock the brakes, so it won't roll. I was unaware of that, but my dad was smart enough to read the instructions.
None that we could find.

Can be made more useful by the addition of accessories.
Has a number of accessories which can make the product more useful.
Brake cables can get caught on objects, bend and break. Addition of cable ties to the frame solves the problem.
