50 year male; disability includes brain injury with drop foot. Walks with staff, but as he ages uses a wheelchair to get where he wants to go faster.
My wife loves the chair
well built and moblity. Our last 9000 sl lasted 13 years. I could have just replaced the wheels. But she has gained some weight and for the price th custom was the best option.

45 year old female. Is recovering from a broken pelvic bone which resulted from an auto accident.
Good lighter weight chair
Quick release axles are a plus as well as overall sturdiness. Cost is not bad for what you get.
Could be a little lighter weight but as wheelchairs go it is OK.

female/legs not 100% functionable
a very well-designed product
Quality of manufacturing, ability to customize to the patient's size and other needs, ease of lowering the seat to allow my wife's feet to reach the floor.
None, other than the manual being too cautious in saying that only technicians can be trusted to perform most tasks, such as lowering the seat height, which anyone with a ratchet and a wrench can do.

My wife is 67 years old and was diagnosed with demential seven years ago. She has recently lost the ability to walk, hence the wheelchair.
Great!
Comfort for my wife, safety, durability, solid construction.
My wife's feet slip off of the footrests because of her medical condition. I had to buy two foot rest guides (kind of like open end boxes to bolt to the chair's foot rests that keep her feet from sliding off the rests). If you could make that an option that could be ordered with the chair (foot rest guides) and installed at the factory that would be great. This is not a weakness of the chair, simply a suggestion.
