I use this cushion because of the adjustable seat. This ROHO cushion has been the best for my comfort since it was first introduced.

Only cushion to prevent pressure sores.
Can adjust amount of hardness of cushion. Prevents discomfort from sitting in a wheelchair for many hours.

The height/thickness of the cushion is a bit much, but it has to be that way. Results are good.

Wheelchair confined with previous use of a "solid cushion." The Quadtro cushion is much more comfortable.
