Has made a huge difference in my comfort.
I use a manual, folding chair and am quite active - needed something sturdy and comfortable that I can handle alone. Seems to be sturdy with good distribution of my weight. The cushion itself is lightweight enough for me to lift on and off chair for transport.
I use my remaining leg to help move chair and have trouble keeping cushion inflated under my leg. However, I think that's because my chair seat is too high to begin with and the added 4 inches put me up too high from ground.

The user find it uncomfortable because of its height!!
Quality, comfort for the right person and reasonably priced!
I found out that it's not comfortable for the person I purchased it from. That'ss not to mean that it's not a quality product. I found that one size doesn't fit all and the 30 days have gone to return it...but as I traveled to Brazil to deliver it and will not get back to the States with the cushion until 10 Nov.

Easily punctured if not careful; difficult to repair...
Provides good relief, has several models and sizes to choose from. Not difficult to use.
Easily punctured and difficult to repair properly. Good quality but quite expensive at the full suggested retail price (fortunately, "SpinLife" discounts products dramatically.)

Ease of use and adjustment to personal needs.
The repair kit is worthless. If you get an air leak in one of the cells you can't fix it with what comes with the cushion.

I became spinal cord injured at age 50 five years ago. I used to walk 2-4 miles a day and had my own cleaning business.
Has helped prevent breakdown so far.
Able to change pressure during the day without having to get off it.
None so far.

59 year old male. Parapelegic since 1968. Spinal injury at T-8,9,10.
Valuable skin protection.
This cushion distributes a wheelchair user's weight very well, as confirmed through a pressure map.
Its significant height, cumbersome shape and absolutely necessary cover make it less convenient.

I'm a 30 year wheelchair user. I switched to Roho cushions upon advice of doctors when I suffered ulcers. I'm using the 4 inch cushion recommended.
