Stroke survivor has trouble walking, balancing
Sturdy and easily disassembled to take anywhere.
Well built, good battery life, easily disassembled for travel and compact enough for me to put into my van assembled. Buying a reputable manufacturer's product was important to me.
Lack of suspension and slow speed. It is intended as any easy to use portable but not as comfortable or as fast as bigger models so I am considering a second, bigger model for general use around the neighborhood and use the compact Scout primarily as a traveling companion for use away from home.

I'm nearly 74 with a bad hip, two bad knees, and chemo-induced peripheral neuropathy which limits the time spent on my feet.
Great mobility vehicle
Simplicity in use and operation
None so far

User has COPD and has limited ability to walk even moderate distances and the scout allows needed mobility
I love the ease of use.
I chose a 4 wheel model and I feel very safe in it.
Don’t know any.

I am 72 years old and have an arthritic back making walking any distance a problem. This scooter gives me mobility to get around easily.

Only things I would change are speed and floor space. Feels...
Battery life is amazing for my needs.
I use it to run to the store. I really have to be creative on where to put groceries since the scooter floor is so small.

I have used one of these scooters before and know it will...
I have yet to unpack my box due to the bad weather we've been having. With the rain, snow, freezing temperatures, rain, frozen pipes and no water. I haven't been able to do anything with no electricity, my water just came on today but the pipes are still busted.
The weather is number one and the turning radius of a four wheel is the other. If I could start over, I would choose a three wheel scooter over a 4 wheeler.

Great for senior's with mobility problems

Actually I'm not a user or caregiver. We purchased it for my mother that lives in Pennsylvania. She has mobility problems and it helps her get around.
