The motors are very quiet and smooth. Controls a very easy to use. The upholsery is great. Looks are pleasant. The back and seat are very comfortable.

Width of the chair is kind of tight and the arms are really too high without very much padding.

The chair requires a little "breaking-in", particularly after my mother has used the same upholstered lift chair for the last 10 years.
