The chair has the power to lift me with no strain to its mechanical parts. this model has full support for the legs with plenty of padding, it is also a pretty firm chair which helps support the back and buttocks.

I have had the chair about a month now and so far I have found no weakness in the chair some friends lighter than me have said it might be a little to firm for them.

Oh my goodness...this chair has helped me so much. Before I struggled to get up from the chair I was using. With this liftchair, it does not put the strain on my knees and or hips. I only wish I'd purchased this chair months ago. I would not do without it now!
