Needs better support to lower back
maria p. from saint marys, ks (caregiver)
My mother wasn’t happy with it. The floor model we tried ( but the blue color was out) had a lot more support in the lower lumbar area. Returned it.
Learning curve with first time purchase. Next time better.
Very smooth transition to desired position.
Slow getting to standing exit position. Head rest position basically non-existent.

good chair, just not large enough for me.
The fabric is great and the mechanism seems to be just fine and works as advertised.
Improper sizing for this client.
fay a. from longview, tx
As a chair it is comfortable but too small. As a recliner it is not comfortable. To short for my 30" legs. Sizing was incorrect.
chair was suppose to be used for a person up to 5'10
battery back up
