The price for the quality. It does the same thing others do costing 5 times the price.Controller is the same one as most others use and seat and arm rests are excellent.

The foot rest is not big enough. I had to add another 4" so she could put most of her feet on it. When I was done everybody thinks it came with the wheelchair.Also the batteries seem to run down awfully fast.

My Wife is the user of the chair.She is very pleased with the chair and it profomanace. The only down side is that we did not order a lift.

Handles well, quite maneuverable, and good selection of speeds.

Attach bolt for the circuit breaker switch was missing, and had to be mailed separately. No mention of the circuit breaker in the manual. Front tipping wheels too high. Could be adjustable. And socket for foot rest height adjustment too small for most socket wrenches.

Poor quality, assembly and workmanship. I received the chair with 1 battery. it requires 2 to operate. The chair did not operate correctly because parts were missing on factory assembly. I had to pay a local repair facility to diagnose my problems when I first received it. The Zip-R company has finally agreed to replace my chair. It is 3 weeks into my purcase experience and I still do not have a funtioning chair.

Turning radius is excellent allowing use in a small house.

Poor fabrication especially welding allowing rupture of threaded inserts. Packing was also poor with armrest poking a hole in the seatback.

Everything works just fine, seat is plush and comfortable, and it LOOKS good!!

The only thing I can see to improve on is that the cord that goes to the joystick/control panel is too short to allow the right arm to lift completely up like the left arm does.

auto turn off sometimes confusing to me because I am 89 and sometimes forget how to start it again.
