Easy to buy, easy to install, just use IT!!!
The rack I had before was stationary with a ramp that folded 180 degrees. My wife had to push my JAZZY up on the rack! NOT ANYMORE!!
When putting up a "LIFT'N GO" DO NOT hold the up button longer than three click's once the lift is in the furthest UP position. You could strip the main gear, useless after that!! This is a weakness of this produuct, rather a strength of the user!

AWESOME
This is easy to use and can be a one person operation with ease. The attached tie downs are quite effective. You ned to use bungee cords to secure a cover but not a problem.
Wobbles a bit when not carring anything. I use some wood shims to tighten it up. Nice and solid when loaded.

I use this to carry my mobility scooter and it works like a Champ. This allows me to get out and about and see things again. I would buy another.
God bless you for being on the internet
it carries my large chair with ease
haven't found one

It is a joy to be able to leave home and do things we have had to give up. Our first trip was to Seven Feathers Casino and Hotel.
Replaced a Hoist type with this one. 100% easier to use.
Easy to load and unload scooter. Very solid design. The retractable straps are great. Secure well. Along with the "swing-away" bracket, it is real easy to access the rear cargo area.
It was a bit hard to install by myself. The platform does not level out well when lowered empty. But I just step on it to load the scooter.

i WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LIFT.
IT MAKES LIFE EASIER FOR ME TO LOAD AND UNLOAD MY WHEEL CHAIR BY MY SELF.
YOU NEED TO HAVE A MEANS OF STABILIZING THE LIFT IN THE HITCH ASS'Y IT WOBBLES WHEN TRANSPORTING CHAIR
