Very user-friendly for people with limited hand mobility.
Good battery life, ease of assembly, excellant hand control and steering.
Factory batteries good for level ground only. It will not climb anything but the slightest incline without rider dismounting.

Victory 9 Scooter: Review
Ease of removing and assembly of product when received.
Not in the product but in the instructions for use. Sharp turns create increases in speed that are unexpected to the new user. It should be explained in word and diagram.

Very comfortable and easy to maneuver.
I enjoy the range of the battery life and the instrumentation on the tiller. I also enjoy the speed because I do not like scooters that move at a snail's pace.
The only weakness I can see is that it would be much better with a 3 inch ground clearance. Shouldn't have to upgrade to a Victory 10 in order to get that extra inch.

I am the user of the 4-Wheel Scooter I purchased. I am 71 years old and love to fish. I live in a community with 3 lakes
Sturdy, practical means of transport
2 baskets for grocery shopping...very sturdily built for less than perfect roads..better speed and battery life than previously used power chair...flag & light for appearance to others.
I have some trouble getting it through the doorway when I get home which I didn't have with the power chair. Nothing wrong here with the scooter but maybe a little broader.
