I have had MS for over 20 years and have gotten to the point of little use of my legs. My scooter now allows me to get around outside.

Easy to operate. Adjusts fit, speed etc. Quiet and just the right size and maneuverability.

Have not discovered any as yet.

Simple assembly out of the box, simple features and controls.

Quality control.  It did not work out of the box due to likely component issue.  As the product is large with plastic components, packaging could be more robust to prevent shipping damages.

Compact and not bulky at all. Battery life is amazing on this scooter. It’s pretty fast (you can adjust speed). This was a great purchase!! I had a few people ask me where I purchased this scooter from :)

It is easy to take apart and put together and it's easy for me to pick up and put in and out of my car

I have not noticed any weaknesses maybe a larger basket on the front so that when you're in the grocery store you can put more in it

Bought it for my wife. She loves it. Now she gets to go to lots of places without having to walk so much !

It’s easy to use and easy to break down to store in the trunk of our car. It has a lot of power for hills and going thru gravel and grass.

I have not found any weakness. I feel that I made a great purchase.
