There are no weaknesses of the product but I do have a comment about the way it was shipped to us. It came on a HUGE tractor trailer with NO liftgate to lower the boxed scooter ! I had to physically help the driver remove the scooter from the truck...no easy feat!! I am a 62 year old woman...thank GOD I am in great physical shape because if I could not do this, I do not know how we would have received delivery of the scooter. Please improve your delivery method !!!!!!!

The seat cushion is held in place with velcro and tends to come loose. The requiements for charging the batteries for breakin are impractical if the user has a driveway is on a slope.
