I wish it operated a little faster, otherwise it's great!
So far the strenghs are good, I haven't used the swing out yet so I can't comment on that.
As of now I don't see any and I've used mine a lot here lately.

Very pleased with this product, will recommend to others.
Ease of operation, easy load and unload of mobility scooter. Easy to remove from vehicle, just lower, unpin and drive away.
Takes at least two able bodied people to install on the vehicle. I will be leaving it on.

Have not used the lift yet. Had it installed and it works just fine. From now on it won't be such a struggle when we travel.

The cover for the scooter hides the license plate, which is lit at night. Also, some way to put a couple of bicycle flags on the lift would aid backing up immensely

Keylock is bad
Electric; the hold down arm is my favorite feature; it makes short work of loading/unloading my scooter
I assume most don't have this issue, but basically the key more often than not does not work on my lift. So one day, if this is not resolved, I am going to be stranded somewhere.

The mobility lift was a great purchase. I should have...
I am not able to tug and pull on tie down straps and it had given me some of my freedom back. Due to severe pain, I can out drive a couple of times per week, usually to take myself to a doctor's appointment or to pool therapy. I spend the other days recovering from using the vehicle foot pedals resulting in more pain. However the scooter lift is wonderful!
I wish it had a remote control because it is hard for me to press the lever to raise and lower the lift due to my own own chronic pain.
