Customer service was great, but the product is...
Prevents pressure sores.
The cushion has changed, apparently. In addition to the typical air valve on the left, there is now some high tech sensor valve on the right. This new valve creates a problem for one who transfers to the right and uses a board as it can cause a tear/leak.

The high profile ROHO chair was the best we have found for...
My daughter lost a lot of weight due to a stroke. She could only sit on the original chair pad for about an hour. With the High Profile she is able to sit in her wheelchair and be very comfortable. The cover is very easy to spot clean, and dries quickly.
