Lightweight, we can pick it up and put it into our SUV. Good battery life. Good center of gravity.

More accessories, like a cup holder and back pouch would be nice to come standard. A few more inches of ground clearance would be nice also.

My husband is the primary user. He has COPD and cannot walk far. Now he has more independence, and can hike with me on the paved walking trails.

Ease of use good mobility.

Affordable, wife can get around easily now.

They brake down into 4 parts but the main body can be a bit difficult to put into the car.

Weight limit.

The directions to assemble the scooter could have been better. Client had to get help to assemble it.

nice scooter... didn't know it had to be assembled. so i had to wait 2 more weeks before we could use it.

Ease of use (with exception to leg length accommodations). Great with turning and backing up. Nice basket, nice speed! Great over varied surfaces (tile, driveway, grass).

Length of base. Too short for long legs. Wish the horn was louder.

Can be difficult to connect the rear wheels.

Well built, nicely designed and fully functional.

For a person like my Mom, with mobility problems, bending over to attach the charging cord to the battery box is not easy. And, if left plugged in to the battery box the scotter will not run.
