A superior product, easy for a caregiver to use (or a...
Sturdy, attractive, stable, fairly easy to transport although it does take up quite abit of room. Rolls easily and smoothly. VERY easy to purchase with the terrific reps you have on the phone. Pricing is EXCELLENT. She probably would not have felt she could afford one from the medical supply store---they are easily $200-$400!
The only weakness I can state is that the strap that holds it together when folded is not adequate. It comes apart easily and actually could be a safety risk if a senior citizen is using it. A stronger band or actually a sturdy strap that would not "give" would be better. Otherwise it is wonderful!

My mom is 88 y.o. and has severe spinal stenosis. This walker enabled us to take her to Hershey, PA on a family vacation.

easy to use, nice looking and serviceable
Easy to use. Wheels rotate nicely so my husband has more control over the direction he is walking, unlike the other walker which is the traditional aluminum kind. He also likes the seat if he gets tired. Ask again in a few months. It is too new to know everything about it but it seems nice.
We can't tell yet as we haven't used it long enough.
