As a paraplegic for 46 years I have found ROHO flotation devices to be the best.
Good, but takes everyday maintenance.
Provides pressure relief while allowing air penetrate affected area.
Difficult to mantain because the cushion can spring a leak and loose its pressure and support in short order.

it has never let me down
it is the best product for preventing pressure sores
its strength is also its weakness. the fact that it is inflatable makes it quite fragile and standard wear and tear will eventually cause a leak and you will need a new one. these cushions are VERY expensive. Almost ridiculously so. But when you consider the cost and inconvenience of a pressure sore, spending the money is not a hard decision.
