I have been buying ROHO for over 20 years.
The separate air chambers.
The product needs to be replaced every few years due to the splitting of the chambers from the bottom.

The product I purchased is easy to recommend as I have used these for quite some time and always had a positive experience

It makes my sitting all day not painful.
The front of the cover has a slit in it and lets one of the "fingers" come out when I am sitting on it. I wear braces and sit down differently.

Prevents pressure sores better than other cusions I have used.
Cushions are easily punctured and can be difficult to repair. As much as I like Roho cushions, the price is way out of line.

Best cushion I've ever used by far.
I don't even have to do pressure releases with this product (by no means do not follow my example unless you are sure you won't have problems).
None with the product itself but just their directions. Though it would give the minimum pressure they only recommend inflating the cushion so only a 1/4" space exists between your bottom and the seat of your chair. This cuts it too close for me. Even when you "hop" in your seat it seams it could bottom out. I have mine much closer to an inch and it works fine but the minimum space you can get away with without damaging your bottom would be the best so by all means go by their directions but keep a very close watch on it for the first couple of days to even the least redness, etc.

It works. I am both disabled and use a computer for 8-10 hours a day; it keeps my skin from breaking down.
It's very expensive.

The separate pods keep from getting pressure sores.
The tops of the pods tend to crack after a time and cause leaks.
