The sling that came with the unit. Very difficult to assemble and dangerous with this particular patient. It pitched her forward.

Great quality.

1. The non-slip surface causes us great difficulty when we must change her diaper or clothing and need to maneuver her around to do so. 2. The length of the head rest is too long for my wife, who is only 5 ft. 3 in. tall. 3. When her diaper gets wet while sitting in her recliner, the moisture sometimes goes all the way through the sling and wets the chair.
