Very good power chair.
The turning radius is amazing, makes it usable indoors as well as outside. Distance it goes on a charge is much better than most.
The thing that worries us most is the post that goes down through the foot plate. It protrudes so far underneath that it has hit high spots in sidewalks or places where there is no sidewalks, making it a safety factor.

The price is very affordable.
The seat needs more slant; It's too easy to slide forward and the seatbelt is poor design.

Looks well built. Easy to work on.
The way it's sold. People are afraid of putting together.

Better than the $34,000.00 chair I previously had!
The seat and armrests are very comfortable. It truly "zips" around, getting through doorways, over bumps, and up steep ramps. It's turning radius is amazing. This is my 4th chair, and the best by far at ANY price. It arrived to our home fully charged. It holds a charge longer than my previous chairs. It was the best $1699 I ever spent, and I am so glad I found out about the Zip'r. I LOVE it!
Initially, the chair seat rotated left to right a little while in motion. My husband added a bolt to make it tight.

good ride even though it squeeks and makes noises at times.
Turning radius is excellent. Not having to charge the chair as often allows for greater freedom of mobility.
footrest and seat need to have greater flexibity and ease of adjustment. It would make the ride more comfortable and secure.

tight turning radius, good for small house, seat well padded, like the leatherette, like the flip-up arms
not enough adjustment heights of chair (I would like it lower)
