Trusting a pool lift that does the job right!
The ease of the hydraulics lifting and rotating boom. The net seat dries quickly, the quality from manufacturers.
Getting someone with knowledge to install in concrete deck of pool.

It is great, would be better with a wooden chair, still love it
Meets his needs for aquatic therapy.
Lightweight, strong, easily assembled.
Need to be installed by licensed contractor. Could be unaffordable to some.

Good robust product that works well.
Simple to use and well-constructed.
The packaging box was damaged in shipment not enough to hurt the unit. But it did lose some bolts which for convince we purchased replacements at a hardware store.

This is for an 88 year old women with bad knees to lift her into a boat so she can do boating with the family.
I had been doing pool therapy with my mother for years when...
Ease of assembly and care. It does what he said it would do.
I have no problem pumping the lift with my mother on it, but it does tire my father. The canvas chair would be nicer if it had some support to the back.

77 year old female with peripheral neuropathy, spasms in lower extremities and difficulty ambulating even with assistive devices.
Fantastic! Love this product!
Very easy to use. Once base/pole mount is installed permanently there is no real set-up required. The sling and chains work wonderfully and my husband feels safe and secure being transferred into our above ground pool. I can transfer him by myself in and out and I am only 5' 3" where he is 5'10" and weighs 210 pounds. He feels like he has a part of his life back again which he lost – now he does not have to just sit on the deck and watch others.
None so far.

User has Multiple Sclerosis and is confined to a wheelchair.
No more struggling to get her up and down the deck stairs...
Well built. Easy to operate. I have confidence in loading my daughter in it and hoisting her up over the pool. My back has been saved by this device.
Loading my daughter in the sling requires laying the sling over an outdoor chair and having her sit down, which can be a little tricky. From that point on, though... What a pleasure this is to have. My health and my daughter's safety are benefiting greatly.

solid, well built;
the chains DO NOT WORK as directed. With the help of the spectacular Spinlife sales person, we figured out a work around with very little help from the manufacturer
