appearance, strength, ergonomics
We don't use the legs, so it would be great if we could order them without legs. Much cheaper to ship, too.

My daughter, Trish, who is 32, suffered a Traumatic Brain Injury in 1992. Her problems are complex, but for one, her balance is precarious.
Sturdy; easy to clean; wonderful.
Sturdy for large folks; drains; easy to put in and out of the tub; my husband felt secure for the first time in a long time. It was wonderful.
We didn't like the back and ended up not using it. Since he was not a transfer bench user, we would have liked a second handle.

The person has lung cancer and back problems.
Very satisfied.
Sturdy enough for a 275 lb adult and narrow enough to fit in a tub.
Could use another arm on the left side.

It's a good product.
Study construction but light.
I had trouble getting the back to fit into the slot on the seat.
