I couldn't be happier with this cushion.
Removable cushion; sick people have accidents. The ability to pump the air to achieve individualized comfort levels.

Spouse has Nephrogenic Systemic Fibrosis. He had contractures in all his extremities. It is almost impossible for him to move on his own.
Won't ever be without my ROHO!

My husband is a quadropalegic we recently purchased this seat for his electric wheelchair as a caregiver pressure sores are not welcomed.

best i've found in 20 years
puts comfort where needed.
the right and left side shoule be built up an inch. i put a 3" wide, 1" deep sponge along both outside edges. then works perfect.

Being able to supply the air where needed, wheather it's the front or back.
A different cover for the cushion for my purpose would enable be to get on the cushion easier when when cushion is in car seat. Clothes don't want to slide over the cushion very easily.
