sturdy, light weight and colapsable.
The rear brake wheels as they do not allow you to pull the chair up steps w/o hanging up on the stair.

Move wife from bed to restroom and to her go go scooter. Also to roll her into the shower.
What a great value for making life a lot easier.
The easy transportability and compactness.
When crossing the street and going down an incline, it's better to turn the chair backward as the passenger may fall too far foreward in the chair making it unstable.
