It has a bit of a low clearance, I keep having difficulty with rocks!

We have only used once to attend a large auto show. That type of use will be the common use. We will not use on daily basis, only special events.

Ease of disassembly and assembly to transport by car. I am using a SUV and loading the 3 parts with battery in the back section. Do not have to lower back seat.

Wheels could be larger to travel better over rough terrain.

The scooter was bought for my wife. Due to her back injury, she has difficulty walking. We have used the scooter on numerous occasions.

low center of balance , runs well on hills up and down.

The little battery charger takes way to long to charge the batteries and will not charge both batteries to the same voltage. Needs better higher amp charger. Charger got so hot to touch I could not up plug it. Had to turn off power to plug and let it cool first.

Speed control options

A little bit more cushion in the seat would be nice.

Nice little scooter. I did not get the white glove delivery, no problem the first I had seen one of these up close. Took me about 5 to have ready.
