Heavy Duty Transport Chair: Review
Lighter in weight, easy to maneuver, and easy to place into trunk of car.
When I sit in the chair I have to lean backwards to rest against the back of the chair. This is uncomfortable and I will have to use a pillow in order to sit up straight. Also, one of the arms is one inch shorter than the other.

I would recommend to everyone! Your customer service is...
The obvious weight capacity, ease of use, the visual characteristics, and comfort for my Mom! Thank you for helping me make my Mom feel better about getting taken care of! Independence is hard to let go of !
I think it would serve your customers to change the fabric/nylon seat to either make it easily removable to clean or faux leather to make it easier to clean. Otherwise I think you have close to the perfect chair to help move family or clients or patients around!

It's large enough to transport all our patrons and easy...
It is large, yet light weight. It pushes easily so that even our smallest staff member can push a patron to their seat.
Don't know yet.

Clinical use
The seat is too high
Very sturdy and strong, though it adds weight for the user to move around by
Weight makes it heavy to put into vehicle and out. Seat is too high for a short person, therefore making it very hard for the user to move alone...

My wife has difficulty walking and needs a wheel chair when going outside the home at this time. I bought a transfer chair because I always push her.
It's nice
We have only had the chair for a few weeks, so it has not gotten a lot of use yet, but it seems durable.
I would say the one major weakness would be the time it takes to adjust the foot rests. I was excited about this feature and was one of the reasons we bought this particular chair, but it is quite a pain.
