Love it
It is easy to use. I can do it myself as long as I can walk to the back of my van. Has increased my independence. The person who installed it for me said all products should be so user friendly. The directions were easy to follow and the adapter kit worked well.
The only problem I find is that there should be a lock on the cord from the remote control unit as it can become loose and someone would have to crawl into the van to put it back on.
