My Mom doesn't think it very comfortable, however, she is using it.
We hear this is the top of the line cushion - and are...
According to the research and recommendations we got for this cushion, it's the best of the best. Our friend says that it is more comfortable than the solid cushion he was using before
It would be nice if it came with a water repellant/washable cover. Also it's hard to know if it's inflated optimally (although our friend is comfortable, so maybe that's the test)

Our 85 year old friend who is primarily in a wheelchair uses the ROHO cushion in his wheelchair
most comfortable cushion I have found
Washable, can be inflated to the user's exact needs. Durable.
The change in design of the cover. I do NOT like the diagonal strap attached to the front over an opening! It makes it difficult to make a sliding transfer. I prefer a completely enclosed cushion cover made of slippery fabric.

My wife age 46, can't walk due to a neurological condition and this cushion keeps her comfortable in her wheelchair.
cushion is great cover is too big
extremely comfortable to use daily, easy to clean.
Cushion is expensive and they usually only last about 1 1/2 yrs. I just keep patching them till it's no longer usefull.
