It replaces a 15-year old Pride and is like a Cadillac...
Love the ease of getting on and off, the suspension, the headlight.
Haven't found any yet.

I am an 81 year old lady with neuropathy in my legs and feet. I can walk around the house and short distances outside without the scooter.
Needs more battery life.

Great scooter if you can handle the size.
The suspension is great.
It's a little too heavy and bulky for a travel scooter.

Poor suspension
Disassembly feature.
The scooter did not "absorb small bumps and jolts" as advertised. The wheels are made of hard rubber which provide no cushioning. The scooter's springs offered no better suspension than she gets with her Elite Traveller Plus. And the rear shroud/cover rattled at small bumps/ cracks in sidewalk.

Go-Go LX Scooter with CTS Suspension: Review
The suspension.
The LED battery indicator is unnecessarily way too bright. Lacks a handle on the front for lifting.

He doesn't have much coordination so its a little difficult...
It has suspension on it for smoother ride. Very stable. I'm not afraid of his falling over.
After 2 weeks, we already had to have it repaired. The horn was stuck. It ran fine, but the noise was ear splitting so he wasn't able to use it or go anywhere. Took over a week to get someone out to fix it.

72 yrs old. No balance so therefore can't walk
A tremendous upgrade from the go-go ultra
Independent suspension is huge. Doesn't rattle your teeth loose on rough surfaces. Appreciate the ability to plug into the scooter as well as the battery for recharging. Headlamp is very handy too.
None yet.

Fantastic suspension for outside and inside ride.
The suspension for outdoor, cross-country riding is fantastic. Easy to master, it feels secure to a fragile older person. Size is compact. Easy to take apart. Portable by caregiver.
Took a bit of work of two engineers to put it together, but they may not have read the directions. :-) So far, fully satisfied.

Our 97 year old mother has become a convert, having resisted the scooter at the beginning. She is a proud, energized, freedom-loving driver again!
As mentioned below
Front light, charge port under tiller
Battery quickly runs ou, less power to cross stair ramps

Single 86 year old, no longer drives, lives alone, uses scooter to go anywhere I want.
Wish I'd gotten the 4-wheel -- too much instability with...
Pretty, compact, fair speed.
Required to stay out of street. The sidewalks have slight dip at each driveway which torques the body back and forth, resulting in aching rib cage and back. The 3-wheel easily tips with each slight dip. Have to stick my foot out to keep from toppling. The side mirror is too short to reflect anything other than the user's chest.
