The new red locking mechanism is impossible to remove and is not needed. I have had this type of walker for 8 years and it has never opened unexpectedly.

I bought the cruiser Walker for my wife .Age 66 I see it as very good Quality&sturdy. She just Loves it .
The foam seat should be included- just add to price!
Love the fact of no hand brakes. Arthritis is a real problem trying to stop another cruiser.
Seat should be included - just raise the price. I should have been told that when I order the cruiser that the price would be higher and shipping if I ordered at another time.

I am 90 years old. This walker is the greatest. I have more independence because of it. I do not have to rely on others to get something for me.
Cruiser: Review
has a seat; weight-activated brakes; easier to push than a traditional 2-wheeled walker
basket comes loose too easily; very awkward to fold up and put in car trunk

No hand brakes. Lightweight- all others were heavy & clumsy. Easy to transport. Easy to sit down and have it stop at same time.Adjustable height.
You have to be careful if you lean. It stops, but still better than having the hand breaks.
